Booking Terms and Conditions

Trevose View Farm is a family friendly Campsite, and we have rules and policies in place to help ensure everyone has a great stay. We also have site wardens helping to ensure everyone is keeping to the rules and enojying their stay! Please read through our terms and conditions and site rules before booking to ensure we are the right campsite for you!

Site Rules

No Noise after dark, no music or loud behaviour. Please be mindful of others on the campsite.
Drive slowly and carefully while on site. A 5mph max speed limit is enforced throughout the whole site.
Dogs to be kept on leads. We are a dog friendly campsite however please do not allow your dog to wonder or stray to other campers.
Keep your pitch clean and tidy, use the onsite bins to dispose of general waste and recycling please.
Damaged tents and gazebo's are not to be put in the general waste bins as they will not be collected by the waste collection company. Broken tents etc will need to be taken home or to a recycling site.
Upon arrival we allow guests to choose their pitch on the field. Pitches are not reserved, but we ensure there is plenty of space for everyone. when you arrive, we will aim to welcome you to the site and we can help you find your pitch.
BBQ's and Fire's are permitted, however please keep them raised from the ground.

A 15% non-refundable deposit to be taken upon booking. The remaining balance to be payable 14 days before the start date of the booking.
There will be no refund for bookings if cancelation of the booking is within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellations for bookings need to be sent in writing via email to trevoseviewfarm@gmail.com.
last minute cancelations due to bad weather or personal reasons are not exemptions for refunds. Please take out a Travel Insurance Policy if this is something that may concern you.
Bookings can be moved/amended as long as there is availability for your desired dates. We cannot move bookings to the following year
Group bookings: Please ensure the Party leader/lead booker, is over 23 year old. Unforunately we cannot take bookings for young group bookings. For any special requests please call us to discuss your booking enquiry.
Upon arrival check in is from 1.00pm, and we ask for guests checking out to vacate the pitch by 11.00am. This will help us ensure pitches are cleaned and tidied up for the incoming guests.
It is your responsibilty to check your booking details once you have made a booking. Any issues please contact us via phone or email to make any amendments
Trevose View Farm will not accept liability for loss of damage to property or persons.
